I'm sure that most Envoy pilots will do great once they move to different places. It's the same company, same employee number and there are different set of rules for those after the protected pilots to be able to flow.
AA can see Envoy pilots training and attendance records with their employee number. That's the way YOU ARE BEING EVALUATED during your regional flying. Also if you get fired or quit from one of the WO and they check "not rehirable", you're done with AA Mainline also.
Yes but the interview and standards are nowhere near where they used to be, especially for PDT and PSA. Can't speak for Envoy. I'm not talking about the past, I'm worried about the future.
Tell me, what part of that "evaluation" is being used to determine whether a person can flow or not??? Once their seniority number is called, they flow no questions asked. Is that not correct? Unless you're telling me there are performance criteria required to flow which are evaluated while you're at the WO? If not, everything you just said is pointless.
