No, the way it was phrased to me was that the increase in flying would account for the need of an additional 300+ pilots across the 737/320 fleets. So that would mean an additional (approximately) 150 Captains and 150 FOs, somewhere across the system in those fleets. It would still translate into the need for 300 new hires, as the 150 Captains would most likely have to be backfilled (unless we get a bunch of IAH widebody FOs getting bids)
