Is it worth a couple mil of career earnings ? Let UAL make the determination if something is important in an applicant's background but hey that's just me.
I have no busts so i cant say from personal experience but what i can say is i was a chief pilot for my 141 school and there is absolutly 0 reason to put that down. No pria, and unless i can be proven wrong, there is nothing on the application process that even asks for a stageride failure. I know the military has its own form of stage check and i dont know if those mean more or not. A 141 stage check failure is litterally just saying "ok your not quite ready for your checkride, we dont want you to have a failure on your record so train up a little more and try again."
