Atlas has lowered the minimums five times since 2010. It was 4000TT Fixed Wing and 1000 PIC Turbine. Now it can be as low as an ATP. In 2010 they were hiring about 25% of those interviewed, and the interview acceptance rate was close to 100%. Now they are hiring about 90% of those interviewed, and the interview acceptance rate is much less than 100%.
A lot of airlines are having no-shows for new-hire class, including Atlas.
