The fact that it said "no further action needed by you" makes me think otherwise. Otherwise they would have said to apply again. Right? It's like a cryptic game and I'm not good at games. Just tell me what's up in plain English that doesn't make me have to decode their email messages.
Previous iterations of this process dumped you out of their system unless you reapplied, and their emails told you that you would be dumped unless you took action to reapply. This time is different in that they have told us we don't need to do anything more. It is, however, less than optimal since many of us might like to update our applications, because we might have significant changes to report.
