That being said, commuting WILL destroy your home life. Especially in the beggining. She/He needs to be fully cognizant of the coming change to lifestyle. Reserve while living in base isn't bad at all. I actually enjoyed it at times. Now I am living away from base on reserve and I am starting to hate this career again. Taco Bell doesn't sound that bad anymore...
