Wow, I really hope you are not on your company's negotiating committee come contract time with an attitude like that. What are these "other" benefits you are talking about? Oh, you must mean the $400 a month for family insurance, the travel benefits you can't use because all the flights are full, and your wife can't jumpseat, and don't forget the 12 day off schedules, those are great. There is absolutely no reason these companies can't raise the pay when they are raking it in by the millions every quarter. It is time for a change, I for one, am sick of financing some managers 3rd Porsche.
