DTW/msp/ord in that order on CRJ , any base can be held within 6 months.

ERJ west coast is junior and ORD is more senior, think company is hoping more will move out west because that's where the growth is.

Upgrade time is 1 year 10 months in DTW, around the same in ORD and MSP more senior to the west.

We don't have a commuter policy and I've yet to hear anyone say we need one because they got in trouble, just be able to say you tried.
