Funny, but when Clinton was in office, our contracts were jumping by leaps and bounds...........now they just suck and keep on sucking. So Clinton is responsible for the great contracts? The economy goes up and down no matter who's in the office. What would you think of Clinton if 9/11 happend when he was in office? The president is the head of the executive branch of our government, his job is to enforce the laws. The economy has nothing to do with his job.
