exactly on the customer service stories, i even created a team in order to improve our customer experience. along with a full day presentation and workshop to our department to get the "buy-in" from others. and yes on the YUM part. pretty unfortunate and for many reasons nothing to do with the team we had. just say that activist investors are someone you never want to see join the board.

Not sure if either of those are yours. Goes to show you that nobody is safe in this business. Both of those departments have been around for decades.
