What I see now is out-right favoritism to -at times- under qualified applicants who get a leg up on higher qualified candidates due to reverse discrimination. The people who exist in this generation have nothing to do with 1609, or 1961.
If we as a people are to get past discrimination, we need to end it in all forms, and that includes on the job application. I see it in many professions. Out-right favoritism due to someone's roots.
Ahh. I get it, racism still exists, but as a society we are 'over it' good to know! I'll let everyone else know it's been fixed.
