Ok I'm in the same boat, 11/7 interviewee. Sent the MO stuff to GIS mid-December, then got the HR email 12/23 so resent the form direct to HR two weeks ago. Just waiting on that final verdict into the pool or bust.
Got the phase II email complete a little after noon on the 9th. In the pool! Be on the lookout for an email, good luck!
