I heard he was very good however it's irrelevant if you can't get him to return a call. I was not the only one with that experience according to the CP's office. The other advantage of using the unions medical service is that they connect you with a specialist in the area you have a problem. He will have dealt with similar problems many times and know how to expediate it through the FAA.
