I've been on reserve every holiday this yr and was never used. Even when buddies were getting JAd. Being a commuter it's frustrating when they use premium time guys first and JA and don't use reserves. Sitting in a crash pad over the holidays is a little depressing
I get leaving some rsv's for last minute call off's, etc but you should never JA a line holder when you've got a RSV available. I get sometimes a RSV won't be legal due to sitting all day but still....
