Has anyone been hired at legacy with 3 or 4 checkride failures from over 12 years ago with no training failures since over 4 part 121 type ratings and captain upgrade? You will get hired, just be honest and list all of your past mistakes. Time with a good record makes you more marketable. United has said it explicitly, they want honesty...it's better to hire a candidate that can own up to their history than to hire someone with skeletons in the closet.
