The American Eagle Pilot Association is a lunatic fringe group whose stated purpose is to "Remove ALPA as the collective bargaining representative for the American Eagle pilots."

Their "analysis" is at best skewed, and honestly it seems to be the work of a delusional paranoid.

"Knowing that Bain, management and ALPA want to rid American Eagle of senior pilots..."

WTF? !

Bain & Assoc. were contracted by AMR to examine Eagle's entire operation, to determine how AE could remain competative with their "peer" airlines. (It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see that if RAH has a 2 year upgrade, they have an advantage over Eagle.) They got paid the same no matter what results they found.

ALPA has a vested interest in keeping the most senior pilots on the rolls at Eagle - dues are a function of payroll.

Neither has any motive to "rid American Eagle of senior pilots".

To suggest that Bain, AMR, & ALPA are involved in a conspiracy to damage AE's senior pilots is not the work of a rational mind.

You should put your tin-foil hat back on and keep watch for the Commies sneaking over the border to put flouride in your water, which will make you gay & afraid of guns.
