Your mileage WILL vary but reserve for about 9 months seems to be the deal in BWI. Living in base, 120 monthly trips is easy, even on reserve. 160+ takes a lot of work, but doable.
I averaged about 145 a month, some higher. About 40% of that flying was at second year rates. This should give you a general idea of what it's like if you're willing to work a lot and live in base.
