Compass did great in New York. Of course that was shortly after TSA holdings acquired them. It would be interesting to see what would happen today if Compass was out there? I don't know about flying out of LAX. As I've never been based there. But is it really harder than New York? It seems to me by looking at others performance out of LAX that they are managing better?
