I guess i am not working hard enough. $65k for year one jan-dec. Blocked 650hrs. hard line march, reserve april-oct. line for nov dec. Nov and dec were new payrates. Didnt pick up any open time at all and gave away a reserve day about once a month. I drive to work but a long enough drive where i dont want to pick up stuff.
I'd love to have kicked back and not worked hard but wife doesn't work anymore and I got 5 mouths to feed if you count the dog. I live less than an hour from base so it wasn't that difficult to add a day trip here or there for 2nd yr. If I had a long drive or commuted my savings would've taken more of a hit than it did.
