The chart you are referring to spells it out in big pretty letters: "Most Recent 12 Months Reported." REPORTED... So when was the last time Frontier (under Indigo Partners) reported its financials? Oh yeah I remember, it was never! It's a private company now, and they don't let anyone look under the skirt. Google search "Frontier Airlines reported revenue" and the only numbers you will receive are from the DOT.
