For the most part no. US Majors only accept ASEL turbine time because some fighters only have one engine. Van time is not equivalent to F-16 time.
The only place it might be useful is to meet somebody's TPIC mins if you also have other experience (121 or mil SIC) which makes you reasonably competitive. It can allow you to check the box, but that by itself will not make you competitive.
