I concede there is a TON of ill-informed, borderline ignorant posting in the Regional forum here...much like Flightinfo. That covers all sides (pro vs con union, for example).

I think all pilots, but specifically regional pilots and those wanting to become regional pilots should educate themselves on the topical issues facing the industry as well as the 2-3 decades worth of history in the airlines. Flying the Line Volume 2 and Hard Landing should be required reading, and anybody can get a free subscription to Aviation International News by clicking this link.

In a way you are right, however - there are many of us larger "RJ" operators in contract talks at the moment...we definately need to stand together here. BUT, my idea of standing together is not what most posts I read are shouting.
Alright - we're both in agreement here! What is your idea of standing together?
