Pay is definitely far below peers
and heavily tilted towards people who live in NYC. They are really the only ones who can sit reserve at home, never fly, do RSA, VDA, day turns only, and whatever other scam they have.
agree with everything right up to almost the end. Seniority has its perks. I did quite well in MCO on my rsv for years. Guys do the same in fll as well.those FOs who are making upwards of 250/yr are very senior and using the system to their advantage. I think i would have stayed but the glass ceiling in MCO is a tough nut to crack if you need to bank some real cash. Esspecially on the 320. There's ways around it, but it's exponentially more difficult the less senior you are.
