EJT is more than likely mismanaged and unable to realize that experienced pilots are an asset and Delta needs to pay up, just as they do for Endv. 2 questions..
1. How many airframes does Envoy currently have?
2. When did Envoy last sign a concessionary contract? And how many planes did they lose prior to signing it?
Senior pilots cost more money, particularly when every other carrier is approving concessionary contracts to win flying. Something Eaglevoy pilots are intimately aware of (ala PSA).
Also Eaglevoy has flow which helps solve that seniority issue..
