From having talked with a few airline recruiters it seems like they are starting to lean heavier on PIC time.
Multi PIC is still preferable to Single Turbine.
But if they are deciding between a guy with 300 SIC King Air and another guy with 200 PIC Caravan, 150 SIC King Air they are picking the Caravan pilot.
