As an update, one of the guys in the Nov class was awarded SFD Bus on our first vacancy bid (before SITS even started) and there are 4 guys waiting for CVG spots in my class (rumor of a couple in the class before ours also). CVG may be a little tough to get in the next few months unless there is a shift somewhere.
No one from the October class is trying to get to CVG. About half the October class is trying to get to IWA. Most of the class is trying to get to VBD on the way to the base that we actually want, but VBD on the AB has gone more senior.
