Summer 2018 is in the middle of the Toyota HQ move to Frisco, 10,000+ employees, also numerous Fortune 500 companies deciding to relocate to business friendly DFW area.
Wife is HR with the Dept of Veterans Affairs. She can transfer to the regional HQ in Arlington, but she'd rather get hired into one of the fed agencies in Ft Worth.
We've looked around a lot and based on her drive time to downtown Ft Worth or Arlington, plus the schools and the fact we'd like an acre or so, we're probably going to buy a lot in Aledo later this year. That way we can secure the land and then build once we arrive in 2018.
