Yeah, we've realized that. In the last year that I've been watching real estate there, we've noticed things getting more expensive, so we really want to try and secure a lot that we like soon. I figure building the structure will be relatively similar cost-wise regardless of where we build, it's the land that will fluctuate the most in the near term. We just want to get in before all the lots turn into the tiny ones you see in Flower Mound, etc. There are other areas we'll consider too, like Azle and locations near there. But their schools aren't quite as good. Either way, since 90% of the federal agencies are located in and around Ft Worth, we'll be looking on that side of the metroplex. And we want a decent sized (1 acre-ish) lot.
