Will these training delays put an end to the fast upgrades?
If it takes 6 months to get out of training, won't that give FO's already on property the chance to get their 1000 hours and upgrade? Seems that any FOs that were hired this past summer will be able to upgrade before the new hires that are going to PDT for the "quick upgrade".
Is PDT still only hiring 10 per class/20 per month? How many upgrades per month?
