If you really feel strongly about it have the nerve to tell them ito their face and why you feel that way. I am pretty sure there have been many people that told this dude to F off to his face. Guys like this know they are *******s and get some sick satisfaction from it. I hope someone draws a "veiny triumphant bastard" on his retirement picture.
