SGU has I think been disappointed with how the XJT/ASA things worked out.

They don't want to create a situation where there might be a common carrier petition or SLI because...

1) XJT + ASA + part of the SKW pilot group would probably vote in ALPA.

2) SGU does feel an obligation not to let XJT pilots integrate into SKW with a seniority above any SKW pilot. The only way to do that is by not integrating at all.
