Regardless of your opinion on training contracts, Boutique currently has one and it's no secret. People still apply, work here, and enjoy the job even with a contract. It's rather inconsequential to me as a FO when I'm going to be here a year anyway to build time in their generally nice $2.5 million airplanes.
If it's a dealbreaker for you, look on at your other limited options at 500TT. Enough said.
