Yes we are in negotiations for our third contract. The amendable date was May 2014. While our group has no definitive word from the powers that be, scuttle butt says that things might be coming to a head sooner rather than later. Kudos to our negotiating committee.
The AZ contract is with ATSG, our parent company. It is for 20 aircraft from CAM, the leasing arm of ATSG. The flying is slit up between ATI and ABX, both companies under the ATSG umbrella. The AZ flying break down:

ATI now has nine tails (six 767-200 and three 767-300) flying for AZ. Two more 767-300 are coming to ATI by the end of the 1'st Q of 2017.
There are other tails out there that CAM has (and a rumor that ATSG/CAM has bought some more -300's) but no one knows at the moment what the disposition for them is.
Some Peeps that had been hired last April or May, might have a shot at upgrade with the next proffer coming this March or April. It all depends on who bypass and who meets the time qualifications for upgrade as per our GOM.
We have started classes again. Latest class of 12 started Jan 3'rd and the plan is for a class of 12 every three weeks with total of 70-75 for 2017. At the moment, New hires start at 2'nd year pay and are paid at that rate from day one of class. This equates to $55,408/yr. Again, with a new contract on the horizon, these rates will change for the better. We are a "True" home based airline. Meaning Company pays for all your travel and accommodations once you leave your house. This includes your initial training. Class is held in Wilmington OH and SIM work is done either in DFW or PHX at the AA school houses.
