Was that recently? A while back we were having major issues with a premium seat supplier. Maybe that was it?
It was Monday. What was crazy was we were loaded up on another aircraft ready to push. We were told to deplane that they needed the aircraft to go to San Juan. The San Juan flight was also told to deplane. The San Juan flight got on our original aircraft and we boarded their original aircraft that had the broken seat backs missing seats and taped up interior.
