It is absolutely fascinating how "narrow minded" some people are in these forums......
Why in the world do some of you consistently try to make NetJets look bad just because it is not working out here for you personally?
If itīs not your thing, thatīs fine, point taken. There are a lot of "negatives" compared to other places.
As they say on "SWA/DAL/AAL....."thanks for choosing us, we know you have many choices"......
And so do all of us....luckily at the moment. Go do your thing at SWA or DAL and cash in the paycheck and all the great 401k. Itīs fair game.
But give others a fair chance to make a decision to sign up for NetJets or not.
All I can tell you guys that are interested in joining the NetJets team, I like it here and everyone treats me fair and with respect. Of course always in the scope of the contract and what is legal for the company. And, unfortunately that means 14hrs duty with a 10hr turn every once in a while.
(btw...my average daily duty time for 2016 was 9.4 hrs and 2.4 hrs of flight time a day....)
And the fact that we donīt make the same money as the "big ones" and that we have to clean the lav and wipe fingerprints should be known to everybody before they even apply.
So *****ing about it after I sign up for the ride is extremely annoying to me.
Are there better deals out there? Absolutely, no doubt at all.
So for the ones that are soooo unhappy in the "Hell of NetJets", please, please quit and go and smell the roses. You deserve it.....

- Iīve been around the block for a while
- I have the turbine PIC time and contacts for the Majors
- I have no violations or DUIīs
- I saw the salary before I signed up
- I did my research about QOL before I signed up
- I did the math with upgrade options (I know it will NEVER happen...I
know....weīve been told by the "proīs" in this forum - NEVER)
- I was absolutely mentally fit when I made the decision to come here
And...surprise, surprise..... I like it.....it suits "MY LIFESTYLE", I manage to work with the pay, I give a ratīs ass about cleaning the Lav and loading the bags...itīs a joke....and, for the oneīs who really like to fly airplanes, this place will give you something no Airline will ever give you.
Lucky for me that I still love to do what I started doing 25+ years ago....flying airplanes.
