decode a metar - long - not just the basic 5-6 things, but all the stuff at the end that your eyes normally just glaze over when you see it. I always brief meters and TAFs in manly(raw) not sissy(decoded) format, so it was easy.
brief an approach (you can choose Jepp or NOS - so no excuses)
brief an airport diagram
I was also asked about holding entries (given a heading and holding instructions via a clearance) but that was a while ago.
Not sure if that's still a question, but if you're about to interview I wouldn't omit studying those.
