Didn't you just post on APC asking how to file a hotel complaint? If you are that out of touch, then maybe you should keep to asking questions before spouting off. Your tone is like a passenger complaining about how we don't offer free drinks before taking a dump in the forward lav and not courtesy flushing on a $29 fare after a weekend bender in LAS.

We are getting lapped but there's no going back to redo the past 10 years and a March 2017 amendable date on a 2007 CBA is the reality.
