The've needed more schedulers on duty for a while now...at LEAST since they started sending out the "it's an IROP, don't call emails" three times a week.
There are now 20 schedulers and with the new system there will be dedicated scheduling specialists who will only be dealing with OTM (I think that's what German FLICA is called) and processing trades and drops,so that will take the burden off the supervisors who currently have to do all the trading and swaps as well as run the operation.
