Well it's 60% cumulative. Is anyone still arguing if the % wouldn't have shot up at all in 2015 if the place hadnt almost shut down from attrition in 2014?
It is 10% better than a coin toss if you include 2nd attempts. If you take 50-50 on the first toss and flipped all losers a second time you'd get 75% i think. Instead you've got 20-30% of nos getting a double no so they dont flip again. So the 70% of no's (who did not receive double no) get a second flip of coin.
So you might be able to argue coin toss numbers if you dived in deep.
