To all current and future PenAir pilots,
We have read your concerns and are doing everything we can to improve QOL for everyone at the company. I would like to be the first to inform you that we have a new incentive program in the works. On the first Monday of every month a full sized snickers bar will be placed in each pilot and f/a's mailbox.* We are very excited to offer this to all of our flight crews and believe you will find that no other airlines currently have incentive programs quite like this in place.
