The flow is about to slow down because of staffing. Yes, we are hiring but at the same time pilots are flowing (the 824 since they are a must flow) and leaving for other places.
After the "824 group" the rest will be questionable.
If management violates the flow either 824 or PP it will be handled in the same manner with the same reward. If management flows less than the required during the 824 a grievance will have to be filed, arbi have to be agreed upon and hearings must be set, just as the PP. Evryone believes that because the 824 was born out of a grievance and subsequent award, that it hold super powers... it doesn't.
