Is it because of the pay grade? Does it plateau at some point compared to the 121 airlines?
Look at NetJets profile and then look at Delta, American, United, & Southwest profiles. That should tell you what you need to know about long term payscales. I was originally thinking about NetJets, but now I'm thinking about trying to build some turbine PIC by going to a regional with quick upgrade times and okay pay (60k first year), until I can get hired by Southwest, or one of the others if I ever get a degree.
