Women in Aviation is March 2-4 in Orlando this year. It's probably a little late for the guys that are separating, but I know that each branch actually send several folks every year. Folks that may have just a couple years left of obligation, if you can figure out who to contact within your respective branch, it's a great way to get in and avoid the $370 price tag (not including hotel, transportation, or food!).
