Been begging for an interview there for at least the past 5 years and really losing hope
I think there is a lot of us in that boat I have a little more time, been Int'l for 11 years now after regional captain and been updating regularly for about 3 years now. For a long time I was only applying to SWA as it would be the best quality of life, I truly believed in the great SWA corporate enviro, and I have a descent job now, but that attitude is over and applying to 5 airlines I could have a good career with.

I don't think flying experience has anything to do with getting an interview anymore. I've been to a few job fairs in the last year and SWA keeps telling me "everything looks good, and to keep updating."

The whole thing has become quite the joke IMO.
