When making a decision. You first do what safes lives. Then what won't ding your license. Lastly a decision you can live with.
If thats the case then I say all 3 of those are bad decisions.
-What lives were at risk?
-You going to get investigated for this decision
-This decision I can guarantee will bug the crew for a long time
After determining that all 3 of those will come to a bad decision, then I would deff not comply!
