If we don't get what is acceptable, we SHOULD vote it down & the negotiating committee should resign. It's that simple. Please, don't fall into the trap that "well, it's better than what we have now, even though it's less than what we deserve...". You do that, and we'll always be lower tier pilots. Stand strong!
