I am not trying to be disrespectful or mess up numbers... all I'm saying is the big no no for me personally would be the slope... it saves the company millions by paying the junior captains what they know is light years below industry average. But hey the top number (12 yr CA at the amendable date) is 232!! Super but you've lost TONS in the interm compared to your peers. But you have an argument...I'm two years past my amendable date with no TA in sight. At the end of the day I'm no internet troll like CUJO. I want us all to lead proseperous careers and take care of our families comfortably regardless of what paint scheme is on the jet.
