Default how to report cardiologist visit

How do you go about reporting a visit to a cardiologist on the 8500? The purpose of the visit was to check if I have hypertension. The doctor performed an EKG and an echo-cardiogram which he said was normal. Will I need to bring copies of these to the AME or the FAA(I was not even provided with these, just told I'm fine and to check BP periodically)? Will I be okay to just say, "visit to cardiologist no diagnosis"? Just worried that I won't have the required forms to get the class 1 when I see the AME. Any help is appreciated!
