Not sure why they do that, maybe someone who has done interviews can chime in. I'm not a huge fan of the way F9 interviews. I spent 10 hours at the GO and maybe 20 minutes was actually in a formal interview setting. I'm all about being sociable but making 10 hours of small talk is pretty exhausting.
