no they are not.... they are not to be trusted.. and if they were still in bankruptcy i would be a little more worried. but it would be really hard for them to renig on the contract while not filed for bankruptcy and reorginization.

they might try but it will be a financial nightmare if they aren't in bankruptcy. all the cheap shots they have pulled was under bankruptcy protection, and yes when you have that you can do anything.. like force people to work and not letting them strike, knocking wages, killing benefits, cutting back on retirement... you guys are trying to convince the wrong guy about how bad nwa is.. i know, when they told their employees to dumpster dive to save money, that showed really what kind of people they are. but a contract is a contract.. the only way they can get out of it (with out losing big financially) is filing for bankruptcy again, or getting pinnacle to agree to different terms.. and if push came to shove i would not doubt the latter.
